1. International Shipping Availability

We offer international shipping for our mSLA 3D printers, accessories, and consumables to the EU and US. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in India.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and shipping method. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Free international shipping may be available for orders exceeding US$500, depending on the delivery address.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times for in-stock products:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local logistics delays.
  • Pre-order products: We will ship the product according to the estimated delivery time on the page. After shipment, it takes 5-10 business days for delivery.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. For local shipments, GST taxes may be applicable, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking and Packaging

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. We package our mSLA 3D printers securely to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. If there is any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, please contact us at info@maxshapez.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to import/export regulations or logistical constraints, we may not ship to certain regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@maxshapez.com. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

7. Ownership, Terms, and Risk

Once the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status has been marked as complete), they cannot be canceled. If you need to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package is dispatched from Maxshapez, you are subject to our return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

2.1. For Unwanted Items

If the Maxshapez 3D Printer that you purchased does not meet your satisfaction but was not confirmed defective by certified Maxshapez technicians, we call such product as “unwanted product”.

  • For products in condition unopened (all original tags and labels attached), within 14 days of delivery, you may return them with an “unwanted reason” and get a refund. You are responsible for the shipping fees, and Maxshapez will charge a 5% restocking fee based on the order amount.
  • For products in condition open-box and unused, within 14 days of delivery, you may return them with an “unwanted reason” and get a refund. You are responsible for the shipping fees, and MaxShapez will charge a 15% restocking fee based on the order amount.
  • For used products or orders beyond 14 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

2.2. For Quality-Related / Damaged Issues

  • Product is defective when you receive it, within 14 days of delivery, you can return defective items to Maxshapez and get a full refund or replacement, and Maxshapez is responsible for return shipping charges. Or you can ask Maxshapez to repair defective items, and Maxshapez is responsible for repair fees.
  • Beyond the 14 days but within warranty, a full refund and replacement are not available, but repair is acceptable. Maxshapez is responsible for repair fees.
  • Out of warranty, Maxshapez will provide free technical support, if the parts need to be replaced, the customer is responsible for the repair fees, which means the customer needs to purchase the parts and bear the freight.

2.3. Eligibility for Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Maxshapez provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the warranty policy below, as warranty periods and warranty rules differ according to the models and parts list.

  • mSLA 3D printers can be returned within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all components and accessories included.
  • Consumables (e.g., resins, FEP films) are non-returnable if opened.

2.4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized 3D printers or accessories.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

2.5. Initiating a Return

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

2.6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. For defective or incorrect items, we may issue a prepaid return label.

Important:

  1. After receiving the goods, please keep the original box for at least 14 days. If you need to return the goods, you must pack the products in the original box.
  2. To avoid any delay or denial of processing your refund and replacement request, please verify that the returning product must be with all parts & accessories included and all original tags and labels attached and in the original box (generic boxes will be rejected).

2.7. Refunds and Processing

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and move to the next warranty process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the shipping cost.

Warranty & Repairs

Out of Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware issues but excludes consumables, wear-and-tear, and user-induced damage. The following conditions are not covered under warranty:

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen products
  3. Items that have expired their warranty period
  4. Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  5. Free Products
  6. Repairs through third parties
  7. Damage from outside sources
  8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly)
  9. Purchases from illegitimate resources or second-handed parties
  10. Normal discoloration, wear, or consumption during product use

Requesting Warranty Service

Shipping for Repairs

  • For repairs covered under warranty, we will cover one-way shipping costs.
  • For out-of-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and repair charges.
